Cluep is looking for dynamic, highly motivated Sales Directors to build on its rapid growth. With exceptional campaign results and a strong base of top-tier media and advertising agency clients, Cluep offers client-centric sales professionals the opportunity to introduce exciting artificially intelligent capabilities to the marketplace.

Sales Directors will educate the market on Cluep’s artificially intelligent digital and cross-device digital solutions. Sales Directors will generate and grow ad revenue through consultative sales, leading to highly successful campaigns and ongoing programs that deliver results and stellar customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and close mobile advertising opportunities with media and advertising agencies (new and existing Cluep relationships)
  • Identify program opportunities and develop compelling program recommendations based on a solid understanding of customer goals, strategies and processes – and Cluep product capabilities and best practices
  • Consultative selling to a wide range of decision-makers with varying seniority and experience
  • Build comprehensive account plans
  • Develop responses to RFPs
  • Develop strong value-based relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure program success, client satisfaction and to drive revenue growth
  • Provide marketplace feedback and identify opportunities that enhance product marketing and revenue
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting of results and development of case studies
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue goals

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in mobile media sales, digital media sales, mobile media buying
  • Experience with both managed and self-serve ad tech platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency at winning net new business and growing existing business
  • Experience developing successful responses to RFPs
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth
  • Large scope of strong relationships with top-tier media and advertising agencies – and specifically with media planning and buying decision-makers
  • Ability to assess client’s business and communications needs to provide customized, relevant Cluep mobile advertising solutions that will ensure success
  • Experience in developing media/advertising strategies with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of the mobile advertising and programmatic space (RTB, DSP, SSP, DMP)
  • Passion for effective and innovative advertising
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and desire to excel
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that will be rapidly changing
